  • 100g pineapple juice or quater pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 100ml low fat milk
Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a glass with ice.
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 200ml fresh orange juice
  • 200ml low fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons of yogurt
Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass with ice.
  • 220ml orange juice
  • 400g can of peaches
  • 1 small carton of peach yogurt
  • teaspoon of honey to sweeten
Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass with ice.
  • 1 banana
  • 300ml of low fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass to serve.
