Weight watchers smoothies are every bit as delicious as any smoothie but can be eaten without the guilt.

It's extraordinary how many excuses people can come up with when it comes to dieting.

Do some of these excuses sound like you?
  • My metabolism is slow
  • I have problems with my glands
  • I don't eat much at all
  • It's hereditary
  • I just don't have time to diet
  • It's muscle, not fat
Losing weight is never easy, it takes time and sometimes you feel you are being left out.

The best way to lose weight if you are a women is to eat 1400 calories a day and 1750 calories a day if you are a man. You should include 30 minutes every day for exercising, doing something that makes you out of breath.

Create A Healthy Diet

  • Reduce your fats by eating foods with only 5% fat or less
  • Reduce your sugar intake and the alcohol you drink
  • Increase your fruit and vegetable intake and you will be amazed at how healthy you feel
  • While shopping, start reading the labels to check what fat and calorie count foods contain
  • Eat three meals a day and only snack with fruit or veg
  • Drink plenty of water

You can enjoy weight watchers smoothies as long as you substitute full milk with skimmed milk, full fat yogurt with low fat yogurt and sugar or honey with a calorie sweetener.


Fruit Desert
  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 150g blueberries
  • 2tbsp low fat natural yogurt
  • 1tbsp low calorie sweetener
Serve with a glass of ice

Banana Delight
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Low fat yogurt
  • 1tbs honey or low calorie sweetener
Serve with a glass of ice

Sooo Nice Smoothie
  • 1 avocado or banana
  • 150g low fat natural yogurt
  • 1tsp honey or low calorie sweetener
  • 200ml fresh pineapple juice
Serve with a glass of ice

Apple Custard
  • 100ml apple juice
  • homemade custard made with 50 ml skimmed milk, 50ml water and left to cool
  • Cinnamon to taste
Serve with a glass of ice
