The noni juice is grown in Southern Asia and is very popular with local people in that region. However as the health properties of this wonderful plant begin to spread, it is becoming popular throughout the world.

There is a lot of controversial discussion which goes on about the health benefits of noni juice and nobody can ever come up with any evidence which is 100% positive, but one of the most convincing arguments is the benefit of noni juice with cancer as there are many people who say they have gone into remission, or in one or two instances have been cured.

How to make noni juice yourself at home

You don't need a juicer, you don't even need a blender. The only equipment you will need is a large airtight container.

You can buy some noni fruit at any good fruit market and some stores. Buy ripened fruit.

• Clean a large airtight container. It is ideal if you can sterilise the container before use, perhaps with some baby bottle sterilising solution.
• Place your fruit in the container
• Press as much fruit as you can into the container
• Close the lid.
• Leave for at least 2 months.
• After two months you should have something in the container which looks pretty disgusting!
• Sieve the fruit so only the pure juice is left.
• Pure noni juice is an accrued taste so you may have to add a sweetener such as honey.
