Juice Fasting


Juice fasting is a healthy option. Whilst still being healthy and not too drastic. It always seems like an endless struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. A new idea is to juice fast, this is a great way to get off those diets that do nothing, and see results quickly.

A diet of fresh fruit and vegetable juice is safe and effective, as long as you stick to it and follow the guidelines correctly. It can benefit your whole well being, as it will make you feel and look better. It will help rid your body of toxins and excess fat. Fasting creates a calmer person, so your mind will be clearer and you will be able to develop your senses and will power. As you begin to lose weight your self-esteem will grow and you will be on the path to a new healthier and happy lifestyle.

This type of fasting is a great way to lose weight, as it forces your body to use the stored fat and other substances in the body. Juicing is excellent as it will give you the vitamins and nutrients that you still need on a daily basis. Whilst still detoxing your body and cleansing you of the bad things in there. Your only source of nourishment will be the juice and water which you are permitted to drink, it is very important that you choose juices which are high in vitamins. The best way to ensure this is to squeeze the juice yourself, and then you can add all of the recommended fruits with the highest vitamin content.

Drinking nothing but fresh juice is a much better option than dieting; it provides your body with all the nutrients it needs for a vibrant and healthy life. It can also help to fix the problems within your body from years of chemicals and toxins which you have allowed to enter your system. Juice fasting allows your body to take a break; your organs will rest, cleanse and be healthier afterwards. You will find that your vital organs will function better after this fasting.

It is never advised to jump straight in with the fasting, the week before begin to cut out bad toxins. These are items such as caffeine, alcohol, sugar, wheat and nicotine; you should try to have a week's diet of fruit, vegetables and different beans. This will prepare your body for the fasting, if you have never fasted before then you should start slowly. By allowing yourself fruits and vegetables for the first few days, will stop your stomach complaining that it is empty. After the initial period you should then stop all solid foods and begin having juices and water only.

With a good blender and some trips to the stores you will be able to continue your fasting with no problems at all. Remember you will look better, feel better and know that you are on the road to a much healthier life. Like with any lifestyle change, if you have bad side effects or feel unwell then consult a doctor who will be able to advise you on the best way to continue.
