Tomato Apple Slurry

  • 2-3 fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 diced and peeled Granny Smith apple
  • 1 level teaspoon of any Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon of your favorite pepper sauce
  • 1/3 cup of diced onion
  • 1 diced radish (peeled)
  • 1 1/2 level teaspoons of lime juice
Chop the tomatoes coarsely and add them to a food processor or blender. When the tomatoes have been processed for about 15 seconds you can add the other ingredients to this unique homemade tomato juice. Blend the contents of the container for another 10-20 seconds. Add a little fresh lime zest and then blend for another 10seconds. If you prefer a smoother juice then you can pour the mix through a sieve or strainer before use.
