What could be nicer than one or two healthy juicer recipes on a hot day whilst sitting in the garden: equally just as nice when sitting by a hot fire in the winter time.

Fruits have to be a gift given to us by nature. Can you think of any other food type that has so many colours, textures and flavours? Doesn't it lift your spirits when you walk into the supermarket and see the wonderful display of fruit in all different colours and sizes?

Juices will boost your body's natural immunity system, your energy levels and vitality. Use them as a detox after a party or just as a pick me up when you are feeling low.

Almost all fruits can be considered diet foods. Low in calories and high in water content, not to mention fat free. Fruit can be safely eaten as a snack between meals or as a desert without feeling guilty about calories.

A few years ago fruits and berries would be seasonal and some fruit completely unobtainable. However times have changed and there is almost no fruit which cannot be bought at any time of the year.

Always wash fruit before you eat it and choose organic whenever you can, to lessen the effects of all the chemicals they put on our food before they reach the table.

Drink juices the day they are made, freshness is everything. Juicing is not the time to use these fruits which are past their best. Try using frozen fruits to make your drinks crunchie.
