  • 1 orange
  • 50g cucumber
  • 100ml cranberry juice
Juice enough cranberries to make 100ml of juice. Juice the rest of the ingredients and pour into a glass half filled with cool sparkling water.

  • 200 ml cranberry juice
  • 1 carton of peach yogurt
Juice enough cranberries to make 200ml of juice. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
This cocktail is rich in vitamin C and a great detox.
  • half medium cabbage
  • 3 large carrots
  • about 40 cranberries
Juice all the ingredients together before pouring into a tall glass.
