Juices to start your fruit juice detox
- 1 papaya
- 2 apples
- 4 slices pineapple
De seed the papaya and remove the flesh.
Cut away the pineapple skin and slice four large slices.
Place all the ingredients into a juicer or blender.
Pour into a glass to serve.
- 450g cranberries
- 4 apples
- 2 pears
Juice all the ingredients before pouring into a glass to serve.
- 2 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 2 grapefruits
Peel the fruit and, using a citrus juicer, squeeze the juices out.
Pour into a glass to serve.
Add sparkling water and a spoonful of honey to make this drink a real start to juicing for health
Remove the peel from the pineapple and stone the mango before juicing.
